Price’s law says that 50% of the work is done by the square root of the total number of people who participate in the work. I learned about Price’s law when I watched a lecture by Dr. Jordan Peterson, psychology professor, and author of 12 Rules For Life.
There is a long tradition of rule of law in the United States. Even before the United States was a nation, there was talk among colonists that laws should govern a new nation, not individuals, including kings or queens, as they’d seen in Britain and other countries.
In simple words, Law is a definite rule of behaviour which is backed by the sovereign power of the State. It is a general rule of human conduct in society which is made and enforced by the government’ Each Law is a binding and authoritative rule or value or decision. Its every violation is punished by the state. II.
Whether governor or governed, rulers or ruled, no one is above the law, no one is exempted from the law, and no one can grant exemption to the application of the law. [ 2 ] The rule of law means that is to apply the same law over all people in a state to protect the rights of citizens and their human freedom.
