1. One vehicle is included in the site fee. One additional vehicle may be parked on your site for an additional $10 per a day. All vehicles must have a valid state license plate and a parking pass from the front office upon check-in. No beach parking allowed, golf carts only. Towing is enforced. All motorized vehicles must provide proof of insurance to be permitted on the property. Failure to provide proof of proper insurance will result in the prohibiting of use on Massey’s Landing property. All ATV/UTV and other large Terrain Vehicles are prohibited. The only 4 wheeled vehicles permitted in our park are your car, truck or adequately insured golf cart. Stand up scooters are also prohibited. All personal golf carts must be insured for coverage while on our site. Homeowners insurance is not adequate, as it does not cover the golf cart away from home. All personal golf carts must obey park speed limits and rules, or they will be banned. There will be no exceptions.

Where is masseys landing in long neck?
Massey’s Landing. Massey’s Landing is a public boat ramp, fishing pier and basin operated by DNREC and located at the far eastern tip of Long Neck, DE. Massey’s Landing is on the north shore of Long Neck at the convergence of the Indian River and Rehoboth Bays and is nearly inline with the Indian River Inlet approximately two miles east.
What is the cancellation policy at masseys landing?
If your reservation is canceled 30 days prior to your arrival, Massey’s Landing will provide a full refund, less a $20 change fee per reservation. If you cancel your reservation within 29 days prior to your arrival, all deposits paid will be consumed as your cancellation fee and your reservation will be released.
Is masseys the biggest campground in delaware?
Not the biggest campground going but there are a lot of amenities included and the location makes it very enjoyable. Massey's is located right at the edge of Rehoboth Bay in southern Delaware. Because we went post Labor Day there were no crowds. We made use of the free shuttle that took us into Rehoboth Beach.
Can i drive a golf cart at masseys landing?
Lights are available for purchase at the resort store. Delaware law requires all motor vehicles, including golf carts, be operated by a licensed driver. Proof of insurance coverage while at Massey’s Landing is required for anyone operating a golf cart.
