This local law shall be known as the Delaware County Occupancy Tax Law. The intent of this local law shall be to promote tourism in Delaware County. Section 2. Definitions. When used in this local law, the following terms shall mean: (a) County - Delaware County, New York. (b) Effective Date - the date set forth in Section 28 of this local law.
